A luxury cruise line needed a new perspective on how to integrate technology on their latest class of ship. Our team designed journeys featuring concepts that spanned across customer and crew interactions in order to create a holistic future-state experience.
Using our knowledge of the industry and emerging technologies, we began with sketches of concepts that answered the question: "how can technology and design meaningfully enhance the customer and crew experience onboard?".
Next, we tested our ideas with actual crew members to measure relevancy and desirability.
We refined our ideas through another round of sketches before putting full color behind them with high-fidelity visual comps.
