A social network for religious and non-profit organizations added a premium audio content library to its app. With the introduction of this new feature, how could this product drive more engagement and deliver premium value to its users?

The Process
We began by collaborating with remote team members using Miro boards to document research including a competitive landscape analysis where we assessed different subscription services.

I created early wires to help the team understand user flows and designs at a high level.

I collaborated with the development team to tested a version of a premium offering with an initial launch of stand-alone purchases of bundled audio.

I helped to evolve of the initial offering into a full premium experience.
